New JavaPipe Website

We’ve finally completed the redesign of our website! Our focus has been to create a more attractive and catchy site by improving our previous design. The main purpose was to upgrade the content management system infrastructure to provide more flexibility in order to introduce new products and solutions. These products and solutions will be available soon.

It was time to stop patching the old website and come up with a new one! Afterall, the old one was getting too bloated and it was becoming too difficult to deal with all extra baggage! We had to start from scratch by revamping the old site and migrating most of the content over to the new site. This caused much delay in implementation.

In addition to all the overhaul, we’ve created a new JavaPipe mascot to not only bring more life to our site but also to represent our renewed focus on Apache Tomcat hosting. The illustrator we hired, Garth Bruner of artofgarth.com, really enjoyed creating this character. He ‘transformed’ the Apache Tomcat logo into a new ‘blue collar’ JavaPipe Cat representing our commitment to Apache’s technologies and our respect to their outstanding position in the open source community (apache.org). Our expertise is directly focused on the Apache Tomcat solutions, therefore, if you’ve come looking for Jetty hosting, you've knocked on the wrong door! ;) Just kidding! If you have special needs, and other hosting solutions can provide you with the answer, then we’ll be more than happy to provide that for you.

Let us know what you think about our site. It has involved a lot of hard work and in common words, "been long time comin"! Suffice it to say that we’re proud of what we’ve created!
